Campaign Themes Announced

Greetings Lincoln County! Please find my core themes as a candidate for Lincoln County Commissioner – Position #1.

Some people are concerned I am “oversharing” and that I should create a separate website for this election. However, I am largely confident that the content of this website will provide much context for who I am as a person. I believe that matters! May our community explore these pages and begin to understand what makes me tick as person outside of the election and in life.

My core themes are Customer Service, Communications/Community Engagement, Emergency Preparation, and a Thriving Community. My interests and priorities are not limited to these categories. My sense is that we do need a place to start the conversation! No doubt, I will be expanding on these positions as time moves forward. I will be especially expanding on the theme I call “thriving” because it is a “meta subject/theme” and has many dimensions to explore.

Thank you to my MOM for taking several “campaign” photos… I know this will probably drive her nuts that I even mentioned it! I love her so and appreciate that an election creates new opportunities to spend time together.

Also, PLEASE take a moment and provide your comments on the COUNTYWIDE SURVEY. Many of your are posting to Facebook – that is fantastic! Any feedback is appreciated… But, the survey makes it easier for me to track your priorities from a clerical perspective. Please consider completing the survey.

In the coming months I will be responding to the survey and social media with video responses. I believe this will the easiest way for me to expedite answers to your questions and give you a more visceral idea of who I am, what my demeaner is like and how I respond to your inquiries.
